Refund & Return Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent pricing for all our clients.

1. Payment Terms

For all projects, we require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before the final deliverables are released. This structure ensures both parties are committed to the project's success.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer the following:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Full refund of the remaining 50% balance, less any additional costs incurred for revisions beyond the agreed scope.
  • Within 14 days of delivery: 75% refund of the remaining balance.
  • After 14 days: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed specifications in the contract
  • Major functionality described in the proposal is not working
  • We fail to deliver within the agreed timeline without valid reason
  • You can demonstrate that the deliverables are significantly below industry standards

4. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after the project has started
  • Requests based on preferences that were not communicated at the start
  • Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
  • Additional work outside the original scope of the project
  • Domain names, hosting fees, or third-party service costs

5. Revision Policy

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal:

  • Landing Pages: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Full Websites: Up to 3 rounds of revisions
  • Additional Revisions: Available at $50/hour

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your project details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 5 business days.

7. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before completion, the following applies: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources already committed to your project. If work has already begun, you will be charged for any work completed beyond the deposit amount.
