AC Marketing provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. All projects are subject to the specific terms outlined in the individual service agreement.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. AC Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
Clients agree to provide necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client-provided materials may result in project timeline extensions.
AC Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. See our Refund Policy for specific terms regarding refunds.
